Local union Members

Advise local unions, as members, on resolving labour disputes and negotiating collective working conditions with employers.

National and International Ddvocacy Campaigns

Conduct national and international advocacy campaigns to garner support from governments and international organizations for the protection of members’ rights.

Training and Disseminate information

Provide training and disseminate information on labor law, union law, international conventions, proclamations, guidelines, and occupational safety regulations from relevant ministries to union members.

Engage stakeholders

By Engages key partners to address members’ concerns and promote fair, supportive environments, Intufe Cambodia ensures that members’ voices are heard and that their issues are effectively addressed, promoting fair and supportive for all.
